Current Co-workers:

Prof. Emeritus Gordon A. Gallup (UNL) and Prof. Ilya Fabrikant (UNL) have provided calculations and theoretical support for our studies of dissociative   electron attachment (DEA)..

Former PhD student and now Associate Prof. Kayvan Aflatooni (Fort Hays State University, KS) continues to collaborate and carry out measurements of    vertical attachment energies (VAE) and total DEA cross sections.

Studies of VAE and its role in understanding dehalogenation rates on iron filings are in collaboration with Profs. Steve Comfort and Pat Shea of the School of    Natural Resource Sciences (UNL) and graduate student S. Onanong.

Master's student and former undergraduate Adam Scheer has studied VAEs and DEA cross sections in biologically important molecules and compounds of interest    to molecular electronics.
